SattvaRig ("we", "our", "us") operates two performance physiotherapy locations in Ahmedabad: SattvaRig, The Physio Clinic at Science City and SattvaRig, The Performance Physio Centre at Shilaj. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you visit our clinics, use our website (sattvarig.com), or interact with our services.

We handle health-related personal data. We treat it with the care that deserves, and this policy is written to tell you plainly where your information goes, including when it leaves our systems.

• Payment Information: Transaction details processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details.

04Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only in the circumstances below. Where a third party is named, your data genuinely leaves our systems and is handled under that provider's own privacy policy.

• Healthcare Providers: With referring doctors, specialists or other professionals involved in your care, with your consent.
• Google LLC: Website usage data through Google Analytics, and body scanner submissions, which are recorded to a Google Workspace spreadsheet we control. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic PBC: Messages you send to our Ai Mantra assistant are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply. Do not enter information you would not want processed by a third party. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Booking and Communication Providers: Our appointment calendar, email and SMS providers process your contact and appointment details in order to deliver those services.
• Hosting Provider: Our website is served by Vercel Inc., which processes standard request data such as IP address.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order or a regulatory authority.
• Emergency Situations: To protect the health or safety of you or others in urgent circumstances.

05Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand traffic and improve your experience.

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8W53PCDF9G) to understand how visitors find and use the site. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. It does set cookies that recognise a returning browser. We do not use it for advertising personalisation.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of this website.

06The Ai Mantra Assistant

Ai Mantra is an AI assistant on this website that answers general questions about physiotherapy and about SattvaRig. You should know:

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic PBC for processing. They do not stay on our servers only.
• Ai Mantra does not diagnose, and its answers are not medical advice or a substitute for assessment by a qualified physiotherapist.
• Please do not enter detailed medical history, identification numbers or payment details into the chat. Bring those to your appointment instead.

07The Body Scanner Assessment

Our website offers a free interactive body scanner. When you complete an assessment, the body zone you selected, your pain score, the severity rating and your answers are recorded to a spreadsheet held in our Google Workspace account, so that our team can follow up and improve the tool.

The body scanner does not ask for your name unless you choose to give it, and its results are guidance only, not a diagnosis.

08Data Storage and Security

Your personal and medical information is stored using secure, access-controlled systems. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Clinical records are accessible only to treating clinicians and authorised administrative staff.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09How Long We Keep Your Data

• Clinical records: retained for the period required of healthcare providers in India, and in any case no longer than necessary for your ongoing care and our legal obligations.
• Appointment and contact data: retained while you remain a patient and for a reasonable period afterwards.
• Website analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months.
• Body scanner submissions: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

You may ask us to delete data earlier, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

10Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Erasure: request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must retain by law.
• Withdraw consent: withdraw consent for any processing that relies on it, at any time.
• Nominate: nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
• Grievance redressal: raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.
