01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by SattvaRig, which operates SattvaRig, The Physio Clinic at Science City and SattvaRig, The Performance Physio Centre at Shilaj, Ahmedabad. They cover physiotherapy consultations, body scanner assessments, recovery services, the Ai Mantra assistant and our website (sattvarig.com).

By booking an appointment, attending a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02Services

SattvaRig provides evidence-based physiotherapy and related services including:

• Performance Physiotherapy
• Injury Rehabilitation and Recovery
• Mobility and Strength Assessment
• Sport-Specific Conditioning
• Recovery Zone (ice bath and assisted therapy)
• Online Body Scanner Assessments

All clinical services are provided by qualified, licensed physiotherapists. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical examination, your medical history and goals agreed between you and your physiotherapist.

03Appointments and Cancellations

• Confirmation of your appointment will be sent by SMS or email.
• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated at least 4 hours in advance.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee or restricted booking access.

04Consent to Treatment

By attending an appointment, you consent to the physiotherapy examination and treatment recommended by your physiotherapist, in accordance with their professional training and clinical judgment. You understand that:

• Physiotherapy may involve hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, taping and other modalities.
• Mild soreness, stiffness or discomfort may occur after treatment. This is a normal response.
• You may refuse any treatment, ask questions, request an alternative approach, or seek a second opinion at any time.
• You are responsible for accurately disclosing your full medical history, current medications, allergies and any relevant health conditions.

Patients under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

05Payment

All fees are payable at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, bank transfers and card payments. Fees will be communicated to you before treatment begins. By proceeding with treatment, you agree to the fees discussed.

06Body Scanner and Online Assessments

Our website features an interactive body scanner intended to give preliminary self-assessment guidance. Please note:

• Results are for information and guidance only. They are not a medical diagnosis.
• Your assessment data (body zone, pain score, severity, answers) is recorded so we can follow up and improve the tool. See our Privacy Policy for where that data goes.
• A proper diagnosis can only be made through in-person clinical examination.
• Never delay seeking medical attention because of a body scanner result.

07The Ai Mantra Assistant

Ai Mantra is an artificial intelligence assistant on this website. By using it you acknowledge that:

• Its responses are generated by AI and are general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not create a clinician and patient relationship.
• Your messages are processed by a third-party AI provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• AI can be wrong. Do not act on anything it says without confirming it with a qualified clinician.
• You should not enter detailed medical history, identification numbers or payment details into the chat.
• It does not handle emergencies. In an emergency, contact a doctor or emergency services immediately.
